Recognizing Argente Brun beyond a single feature

Knowledge for understanding and preserving Argente Brun.

ARBA identifies the Argente Brun by its glossy coat and deep chocolate-brown undercolor. It places the breed beside the Champagne and Crème within the recognized Argenté group. The comparison teaches an important distinction between a family of similar effects and separate breeding populations. Silvering is not a license to substitute a photograph of any Argenté rabbit. Show the surface appearance together with a reliable description of the underlying color. Where an image cannot display the undercoat, the caption should remain an illustration of the identified animal rather than a purported proof of every standard trait.
