The community is part of the preservation story.
The fair describes the annual Celebration as honoring Creighton Shull, a founding federation member and longtime fair supporter. Its public setting connects breed organizations, exhibitors and visitors who may be meeting these horses for the first time.
For Heart Throbs and Conservation Legacy, the footage offers a place to begin conversations about show traditions, horse-and-rider participation and the people keeping those traditions visible. When watching, note the class name and the commentator’s identification before recording a horse or rider’s name. A confirmed program or results sheet can later connect those observations to a durable archive record.
This is an event presented by the Pure Puerto Rican Paso Fino federation. The organizer’s name alone does not establish the registry status or ancestry of each entrant; individual horse identities and eligibility need their own records.
